Wine Details

Lot 349 is pale carmine in color, with vibrant layers of citrus, raspberry and sliced melon on the nose. Succulent red fruit balances elegantly with lively acidity resolving in a long and sustained finish. With very limited availability and a $14 price we don't expect this summer sipper to be around long!

Cam Confidential

Lot 349 is a classic "saignee" Rosé. Saignee is the process used by red wine makers where they bleed a small amount of their wine that is presently resting on its skins in order to concentrate the red wine. This wine that is removed from the initial fermentation is a pale pink color and packed with incredible flavors. It makes for a terrific Rosé and in this case, is mostly Cabernet with a little Viognier blended in. It's rounder than a classic French Grenache-based Rosé, yet just as sophisticated and fresh.

Crisp, fresh, and sweet. Pretty orange-ish hue, with strawberry and tropical aromas and a short finish.
