It appears in your glass as a seamless and expressive sparkling wine imbued with balance and tension. A lovely lemon-straw color gives way to fragrant citrus and almond notes. Racy on entry, filling the palate with a rich, creamy mousse, followed by tart apple, pithy lemon, a touch of grapefruit, and brioche notes. Bubbly is the perfect appetizer and dessert wine, and is especially enjoyable with hard and soft cheeses at the end of a meal.
At $22 per bottle (the source winery sold it for 30%+ more!), kick off any evening with this bubbly. Get a case or two so you always have one on hand for any occasion!

When California producers of sparkling wine get it right, they deliver the kind of wine you wish you could enjoy every single day. And that’s exactly why we’re beyond thrilled to share Lot 936 2021 Arroyo Grande Sparkling Wine with you. This is the kind of California bubbly that practically demands daily indulgence.
Hear us out.
We sourced Lot 936 from one of the top producers of the California Central Coast. As far back as the early 2000s, the winery itself received praise by world-famous critic Robert M. Parker Jr. as having “well-placed vineyards,” and he felt even then they were getting “serious about quality.” This very sparkler, made from estate grapes from the fog-shrouded, cool-climate Arroyo Grande Valley, inspired some of the leading wine critics in the U.S. to call it a “top-performing wine,” which should make your list of bubbly “for any occasion.”
Made in the French “Méthode Champenoise” style, newly-pressed wine is blended with special reserve wine from previous harvests to add richness and complexity, and the secondary fermentation—the magic that produces the tiny beads of bubbles—was done in the bottle, just like the finest French Champagne.
