Lot 730 is a step up in refinement from your average Lodi Zin. Sourced from an esteemed producer home to numerous parcels of Lodi’s famous old vines, this is a wine that punches way above its weight class, showcasing a 70/30 split of fruit and terroir that deftly maintains the bold edge you’d expect from a Lodi red. Aged for just under a year in French oak before bottling, this is really good juice – alluring, nuanced, and an outstanding value at about half the original winery price!
Enjoying this super valued Lodi Zin. It’s a great everyday go to wine.
Very good zin for the price
Nice nose and typical zin taste on the pallet. Will buy again.
Nice Zin for a great price
This came in a club shipment. This is a very good value for the price and a nice change from my usual CH cabs.
Great Zin for the Price
This is a solid Zin. Best one of the year in my opinion.
Not my favorite CH wine but nothing wrong with it it is still good value.
My "go to" Zin!
Cameron Hughes plus Lodi equals a fantastic Zin! Medium to full bodied and smooth. Excellent with pizza or grilled foods. An excellent daily drinker! What a value!
Good full bodied Zin. Enjoy it with steak.
Love this wine. Smooth, lush, fruity yet nuanced. With food or on its own—always a pleasure.
Love CH Wines
Very nice, smooth wine. Truly enjoy it with steaks and pasta. Nice flavor and after taste. Not harsh. Ever since I toured Sonoma Valley and tried zins, I've preferred them to most other reds.
Great everyday Zin
We love to go to zinfandel with pizza, pasta, and popcorn. (Hmm, is there something about zins and food that start with a P?) This is a very nice zinfandel that because of Cameron's great pricing we can enjoy any day of the week. Good dark fruit, without being fruity, just enough tannins to provide a solid backbone.
