CHW Confidential
A varietal made famous by its knockout expressions in Alsace, Pinot Gris has found a perfect home in Oregon, which has firmly established itself as ground zero for what many industry insiders consider the best growing region for elegant Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay in the country.
Sourced from an iconic family-owned Oregon estate with certified biodynamic vineyards, Lot 631 was fermented in stainless steel and received four months of sur lie aging, resulting in a gorgeous, mouthwatering expression of one of Oregon’s signature varietals. Almost a decade has passed since we’ve released a Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio - with quality like this at a phenomenal price, it was worth the wait!
