A varietal made famous by its knockout expressions in Alsace, Pinot Gris has found a perfect home in Oregon, which has firmly established itself as ground zero for what many industry insiders consider the best growing region for elegant Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay in the country.
Sourced from an iconic family-owned Oregon estate with certified biodynamic vineyards, Lot 631 was fermented in stainless steel and received four months of sur lie aging, resulting in a gorgeous, mouthwatering expression of one of Oregon’s signature varietals. Almost a decade has passed since we’ve released a Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio - with quality like this at a phenomenal price, it was worth the wait!
Tastes great. Decent body. Good flavor. Excellent middle-ground. Will buy again
Delicious, crisp, floral and fruity without being sweet. A light and uplifting tropical treat.
Light and fresh
Good alternative to a steel aged chard. Excellent paring with light seasoned shrimp. Also helps makes the 6 o’clock news more palettable.
My first Pinot Gris. I'll buy this again!
Great wine for the price!
I wasn't sure about this wine when I purchased it, but am now a fan. It's kind of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears: neither too sweet nor too tart. I recommend it highly!
as good as advertised
It's a great wine! I'll definitely buy again.
I liked this wine, nice difference from a Chardonnay and Chardonnay and a good value.
Pleasant bouquet and taste
Pleasant...my favorite word for this wine. Muted citrus, fruity, mellow. Very good. Will try with a spicy dish later this evening.
Will be a great summer wine for on the boat
Just tried a bottle of this and it is very dry and refreshing. It reminds me of summer time so I probably order some more for the boat (for at the dock of course).
