Drank one and cellar'd one!
Pepper and plum on the nose. A very dry wine with notes of cherry and flower. Such a good wine. Kept on to decant and drink, and cellar'd one for later!

Great Cab!
This is a bold cabernet, so if you prefer fully bodied wines, you will like this one. Slightly pricey for my "tastes". Needs to breathe for at least 30 mins in a decanter to lose some of it earthiness and pungency. CH Wine website says it's sold out! Maybe we will get a new batch in the coming weeks/months. Less hint of fruit or chocolate in this wine. Walla Walla terroir make this one a bit oaky and earthy in smell and taste. It's much drier on the palate than some of the other Cabs from Napa/Sonoma terroir. Not a bad wine if we can shave off a few bucks on the next batch.

Wish there was more to buy.

Very Good
My first WA Cab. Need to let it breathe, like most, but very nice.

Very good
Let it breath like other reviews say. Love big WA cabs and this did not disappoint. Too bad it is gone :(

Savour It!
Great value for a delicious wine. Give it an Hour + and you will be pleased with the balance of flavors,

Walla Walla Delight
Flavorful dry cab. Needs a bit of air time. Hope to see more cabs out of WA state.

Solid Cab!
I really loved this Cab, Walla Walla Valley never disappoints. It was well-balanced with some tart flavors. It was definitely a bold cab, just how I like them!
