Normally I only buy the Napa Cabernet that comes through CHWine. This last year, the Lots 374 Maremma Toscana (please bring that one back too!) and this Lot 373 2011 IGP Pays d'Oc Meritage both stood out as top contenders in the "value for $" categories. While they are completely different prices ranges, both were true bargains.
In this Lot 373, I've never found such a nice wine for such a low price. I "only" have 11 bottles left in my stash...I'm really hoping to see you bring in some more imports like you did last year!!
This wine is an excellent value, inexpensive and full of flavor. The Meritage's from France our one of Cameron Hughes best buys!
Unfortunately, a case doesn't last long :-(
This is our go to bottle for Pizza. Have many cases so it should get us through many pizza parties with family and friend. I have never shared this with anyone who does not enjoy it.
I just love the black fruit flavors of this wine. It's a great daily wine - perfect for cocktail hour.
I have never been disappointed with this wine. I can't believe it isn't sold out. Yea, I'd love to have a bottle of Cakebread Cellars every night but not many of the working class can do that so thanks CH for making an affordable alternative. It is not a complex wine but I'm buying about a case a month more than I drink in order to have a supply when 373 is all gone.
Nice French wine
I really enjoy this french meritage. Wonderful flavors . Great price
I love this Lot!
I drink wine bottles ranging from $11-100. This bottle is just delicious after decanting! I highly recommend a tasting, it will wow your taste buds!
pass it by
Gotta say this was a disappointment. The first CH that i poured down the drain. Thin and totallt not what you'd expect from a pays d'oc. Yuck. Stick with Cam's Cali cabs.
Truly a bargain guys. I bought another six cases of this on Black Friday. This is our go to afternoon wine when friends drop by. They all are impressed and believe it must be a $20 plus bottle. Rich, smooth, and full bodied, very much like a cab. Thanks Cam for the bargains.
I thought this would be a great wine without food, but taste is improved with anything from crackers and cheese to steak. Excellent choice at this price level.
