Wine Details
Dark and opaque in the glass. On the nose rose petal, spicebox, and leather overlay deep plum and graphite notes that turn to spicy/clovey black cherry on the palate. What I love here is the dynamic tension between the dark earthy fruit and bright, floral acidity. It gives the wine excellent structure and dimension, and creates a wide berth for a diverse array of food flavors.
