CHW Confidential
Sourced from the Les Boutières vineyard in the commune of Pernand-Vergelesses surrounded by Savigny-lès-Beaune and Corton-Charlemagne, the 70-year-old-vines on their property deliver a marvelous expression of Pinot Noir. This wine will cellar beautifully for another 20 years but also drink well now with a couple hours of air or a good 24-hour decant. Only 390 cases of this beauty were produced, and we have just 20 cases of this wine to share with you. This is a classically styled and elegant Pinot Noir with tremendous class as well as soul, and an exceptional value at $29.
