Stone Fruit Salad
Combine fruit and greens in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle tarragon generously over bowl along with zest of both orange and lemon. Drizzle balsamic and olive oil over entire bowl and mix well, coating fruit and greens. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
