CHW Fish Tacos



Place oil into a large non stick skillet and heat on high. 

In a small mixing bowl, coat fish pieces in spices and salt (including lime zest).

Add fish and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan and place onto a paper towel to drain oil.

Construct tacos to your preference.

Makes 6-8 Tacos
