Wine Details
Opens with a complex nose of white blossom, spun honey, sea breeze and rock that evolves to take on more stone fruit and apple skin aromas. Sophisticated, pure, and constantly evolving on the palate with a steady stream of mineral, ocean and fruit, this incredible wine is delicious now but will age beautifully another 5-7 years. Pair with shellfish or a classic chicken and cream sauce.

The 40 to 60-year-old vines of the Mont de Milieu vineyard were planted by winemaker Charly Nicolle’s grandfather (for whom the Domaine was named), and are widely considered among the best of the Premier Cru vineyards, with the same south-facing aspect and soil structures of the neighboring Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis. Aged 12-18 months sur lie in stainless steel with 15% going down to neutral barrel, this is a powerful, rich, rounded and mineral wine. Served at the three Michelin-starred La Côte Saint Jacques.
