1. Order Status & Package Tracking

To make a change to a confirmed order, please Contact Us by phone.

We try our best to accommodate order change requests, however timing is critical. Please call us at 800-805-1971 to request the change as soon as possible.

Once our warehouse has started to process the order it is not possible to make further changes or stop the shipment.

Order changes often cause multiple charges to appear on your online credit card statement. Please see Billing > Multiple Charges for more information on these pending transactions.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing your order by calling us during business hours at 800-805-1971.

If we are not able to cancel an order because it is already in process or shipped, recipients may refuse delivery. Once we receive the package back at our warehouse, a refund can be requested, less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

3. Changes to Buy & Hold Orders

Our Summer Buy & Hold Program allows for purchasing and holding your wine shipment in our temperature controlled warehouse until a shipment date in the fall.

All Buy & Hold Orders are Picked and Packed at time you place the order. As such, we are unable to make any changes (including additions) to these orders. Our limited storage also prevents us from shipping these packages earlier than your requested shipping date.

Additions to Buy & Hold orders may be placed as a new order online or by phone.

Cancellations to Buy & Holds will be refunded to store credit and may be subject to a restocking fee.
