Michel Genet Brut-Esprit Grand Cru Champagne
Champagne
Direct from the cellars of Michel Genet (whose family has been making Champagne in the Grand Cru-designated village of Chouilly for over 100 years).

This open knit styled wine features a lovely nose of honey, brioche, pear and almond rounded out with chalky florals. It has good grip and focus on the palate, with ripe zesty citrus notes, outstanding length, and purity. Air adds further dimension to its juicy, mouthwatering character. Total crowd-pleaser.
Serve chilled. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, caviar, and creamy cheeses.

OMG I loved it!
We popped the cork for Valentines Day and it was perfect! Very good bubbles but not overly effervescent, lovely taste! Ordering again!

Bubbles to bubble about
We toasted for my birthday with some friends and everyone was very delighted about this sparkling. I also could see this Champaign pairing very nicely with food, i.e salmon.

Great for Toasting
As with the other Michael Genet champagne, this also would be great for special occasion toasting, and at an even more affordable price point.

Tasty bubbles
I was looking for sparkling during the holidays and couldn't find Lot Champagne, but found this Friends of Cam wine. Took a gamble on the Cam seal of approval, and I'm glad I did! I just got an email reminder about this today and I'll probably get some for the summer.
