Lo 776 comes to us from a family that has been farming grapes longer than most of us have been alive. Darker than one might expect for a Cab from this AVA, it’s nevertheless classic Yountville, showcasing its cool climate origins with good extraction and plenty of tannins for aging. A bold wine that still shows enough subtlety and restraint to not overwhelm your palate, it’s a surefire bet to grace your table beautifully over the next decade if stored properly.
