Sonoma continues to be the source of incredible values - Napa's larger, more laid back neighbor consistently offers stunning quality for price relative to its more famous counterpart. The Alexander Valley AVA is the largest and most fully planted wine region within Sonoma, and has been producing critically acclaimed Cabernet since Rodney Strong sold the first vineyard designated Sonoma Cab in the mid 70s.
Lot 770 is sourced from a boutique winery with vineyards planted in rocky red volcanic soils and bathed in the AVA’s warm days and cool nights, and the wine shows all the hallmarks of an archetypal Sonoma Cab: red currant, black cherry, signature acidity, and red clay. Still quite young, it’s already showing tons of promise and punches way above its weight class - one of the best value Cabs you'll find all year.
Alexander Vallry Gem
We shared this one with friends. Everyone raved about it. It boasts plenty of dark red fruit, with a very long finish.
Great daily drinker if you’re a Cab lover. Nicely nuanced without being overly complex. Great find by Cam & his team!
I really enjoy the smooth rich flavor of this wine. It is definitely worth ordering more.
Great Wine. Great Value
This is a great wine for the price, as are a lot of the wines that we purchase from Cameron Hughes. Highly recommend.
Alexander Valley is my favorite region for cabs. This will not disappoint. Need more storage space so I can order more.
This wine is full and flavorful, something to run over your tongue. It is drinking now with a short (1-2 hr) decant, not sure if it will develop over time.
I ordered 8 bottles at first glance and quick review. Alexander Valley is just too hard to ignore. Beautiful wine, great feel; roundness.
One of my Favorites
Alexander Valley has produced some of my favorites reds. This one does not disappoint

Balanced and subtle nose. Evenly dry and flavorful with hints of earth and red fruit. This was an amazing wine for an after dinner drink!
A Great Find
A very solid wine with a beautiful, dark color. Best when decanted for an hour or more. A very good value.
