Wine Details
Opens with a nose of crystalline white florals, fresh honeycomb, sliced apples, and wet stones, haloed by chalk and fresh-churned butter. On the palate, deftly balanced acidity intermingles with a slight caramel, toasty oak influence and lemon curd, with a transition into coconut as it moves towards a long finish that is a touch rich in style. The Northern Rhône would be proud of this love letter to their history of winemaking.

A superb amalgamation of Roussanne, Picpoul, Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, and Marsanne, it’s unlike anything we’ve offered in recent memory.
