Sourced from one of the most renowned and venerated wine-growing districts in the world. Low yields per vine are required to obtain good sugar levels, intense color, and the fullest flavor extraction. Traditional fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation and then laid to rest for 4 years of aging (hence the Riserva moniker; non-Riserva Barbaresco requires 2 years). From the best south-facing slopes in Barbaresco and with a good bit of barrel and bottle aging, Lot 692 is an Italian masterpiece.

Excellent wine
We ordered 3 bottles of this wine to try it out. For the first bottle, we decanted it for an hour before enjoying it. It was very dry and really enjoyable. It’s not often that you can find a 2007 vintage wine, especially at this price point.
We liked it enough to buy a case of it before it sold out.
If you are looking for an old world wine that is a great value look no further!

Lot 692-Barbaresco is Amazing
The Cameron Hughes Wine Club introduced us to this wonderful wine which is worthy of serving at your special occasions. It paired well with a prime rib dinner.

Really enjoyed this perfectly aged Barbaresco
We decanted this for about half hour and had it with a lasagna. It’s a softer/lighter red but very smooth and dry. Almost enjoyed it as much as the Barolo.

First Bottle, Second Shipment
Original order was for three bottles. Those three were a wow so I came back for more, a case. First bottle from this case was just as good as the first three. Get this before it's gone.

Excellent wine
We recently opened a bottle and decanted it for about an hour. It is an extremely dry wine that is very enjoyable. It’s not often that we get to sample a wine of this quality. This 2007 will be enjoyed for special occasions where we can make fine wines the centerpiece of the evening.
As I finish this review I will be ordering more

Great wine, sent some to all my children that enjoy wine for Christmas!

Dry and rewarding
A little above the typical CH price point but 100% worth it. Dry in a pleasing way. Really like this wine.

The classic Italian Red Wine!
Thin and dry! This is the second case I ordered. If you want to try a classic Italian Barbaresco this is it.

Worth the effort! Ha! :)
It was a struggle digging the cork out bit by bit but the reward was a wonderfully smooth wine that I truly enjoyed. Glad I splurged on this one!

Fabulous!
We bought a couple bottles of this Italian wine as the price point intrigued us to try our first Barbaresco. The two bottles were fabulous with our Christmas dinner of smoked prime rib and ravioli. Being that it is a Riserva, the four years of aging was evident. Looking forward to adding a few more bottles on our next purchase!
