Wine Details
Pours a perfect Burgundian-style ruby in the glass, immediately welcoming you with vibrant cherry cola, strawberries, rose petals, and earth on the nose. On entry, notes of raspberries and cherries dance across the palate before being cut by vibrant, bright acidity leading into a long finish of mushrooms and bacon fat that can only be called an "umami bomb." If you're cooking pork or poultry for dinner, this needs to be on the table.

Sourced from the same small, family-owned estate that produced Lot 677, this is a biodynamically crafted Pinot from mostly estate fruit, made in the same Oregon-by-way-of-Burgundy style and aged for 16 months in oak. This winemaking team understands the valley in every sense of the word – add a case of this to your regular drinking rotation and see why Burgundian talent continues to find its way to Oregon; the potential for Pinot and Chard in this region just screams for deft hands.
