Really enjoyed this meritage. Please keep this style coming. The balance of cab and merlot is wonderful.
Love this blend
I have done an earlier review on this wine so I am updating my impression. I reread my earlier review and I don't think it leaves the impression on the reader that I wanted to impart. For the original price of $24 this is fantastic value! My earlier review was when I first ordered this selection. Since then I laid Lot 671 down for a few months and it evolved into one of my favorite red blends. Decanting is a must. I really enjoy Lot 671 the longer I let it sit before I drink it. It never last longer than a few hour because my whole family loves this wine. This s a very nice full bodied red blend. Very approachable currently. It has a nice balance of mild acidity and tannin for a great structure so it should cellar for a long time. Too bad I will never be able to hold it long enough to see what it evolves into over a few years. I believe it would hold up nicely. Fruit forward and a nice smooth finish.
Very nice Cab blend. Let it breath a bit. Classic Napa, and a fine value.
Loads of blueberries and blackberries with modest tannins throughout. Full body but a great drinker with velvety mouth feel. Excellent at this price point!
We like the boldness of this wine. It got better as it opened up.
Loved this Meritage, well balanced and full bodied. Similar blend to some of my favorite Bordeaux's and this one holds up!
Amazing wine, ordering more!
Yowsa! This is good!
Absolutely loved this one. Enjoyed so much that as I was ordering more, I knew I had to write a review. Seize this bottle!
Another great Napa Meritage
This is where CH often excels--the somewhat "higher end" red blends that combine "really good juice" and skillful blending. A real winner that evolves over hours and in the glass.
Smooth and well balanced with ample blackberry - nice wine!
