The fourth and final release in a series of exceptional red wine values we’ve sourced from a family-owned, boutique North Coast winery that specializes in small-lot, top-quality wines made from certified organic vineyards in Lake County and the Sierra Foothills (and boasts a massive laundry list of 90+ scores and double gold medals from the past decade to boot).
Sourced from a kick-ass volcanic vineyard site at about 1500 feet elevation, in smartly-planted, conscientiously-farmed vineyards. Farmed to perfection and produced to be reflective of place and varietal, this is a powerful statement of quality. Already a terrific value under the original label at $25, and an incredible deal under ours.
Wow, what a fantastic wine! Dark and inky in color, with floral and black cherry flavors. Extremely dry mouth feel, and a nice finish in which I detect a hint of buttered popcorn. This wine is a steal for the price, I can't wait until it becomes available again! Will definitely be ordering more.
Powerful and complex
Beautiful dark violet color. A deep note of cherry first followed by a surprising dry earthy finish. An exciting experience: this is one of those wines you want to savor slowly and enjoy discovering a new layer of taste with each sip.
Loved this wine so much, it was perfect! I wanted to purchase more but I am sad to say that it is sold out.
Big, Bold Value
An incredible value. Big and delicious with wild boar and lentil stew. Probably even better in a year or two. Why did I only get one?
Recommend to anyone who likes big, bold reds!
My wife and I love big reds and Bordeaux blends. High quality Petit Verdot is very hard to find at such a great value - but this does it. We fell in love with Petit Verdot during a wine vacation to Walla Walla, Wa. This is as good as any Petit Verdot we have tasted.
Ordered it Again
Deep, dark and delicious. Already had a case and when Cameron put it on sale I couldn't pass up another case. Had it last night with short ribs. One of my wife's favorites.
Petit yet BIG
This Petit Verdot is rich and plentiful. I ordered one, but will be back for more on my next mixed case.
Awesome value at $15- great wine!
Very dark, rich color and full of flavor. Not high tannins. Excellent bottle, we ordered two and will hopefully get more next time if it's left!
Love this wine - nice chocolate cherry notes with strong dry mid pallet. Outstanding value for price.
Have not experienced a lot of Petit Verdot wine, but glad we chose this! Love the dark ink and will definitely place another order.
