The fourth and final release in a series of exceptional red wine values we’ve sourced from a family-owned, boutique North Coast winery that specializes in small-lot, top-quality wines made from certified organic vineyards in Lake County and the Sierra Foothills (and boasts a massive laundry list of 90+ scores and double gold medals from the past decade to boot).
Sourced from a kick-ass volcanic vineyard site at about 1500 feet elevation, in smartly-planted, conscientiously-farmed vineyards. Farmed to perfection and produced to be reflective of place and varietal, this is a powerful statement of quality. Already a terrific value under the original label at $25, and an incredible deal under ours.
delicious - have one bottle left.
Perhaps Cam's best QPR ever. Keep'em coming Cam. This is a $50 wine that was selling for $15. Unreal. Delicious fruit, very good complexity. The bad news is that my my 6 bottles are down to 3. The good news is the # 3. :)
Big deep luxurious wine
you'll be sorry you missed it!
shared this with a cab. fanatic, she adores this wine!!! cab. fans will find everything to love here!
Excellent! Really enjoyed this one.
Dang - out of stock
There's a Petit Verdot we but locally that mixed with Sirah which we really like. This one comes close though at more than half the price which makes it a great value. Sorry to see it's out of stock.
A good solid value for the price. Not as outstanding as some, but true to the grape and very nice to drink.
This wine is again true to its varietal character, with deep and engaging flavors. It is not as exciting as the petit sirah that is still available, but an extraordinary wine for the price. Sorry that it is gone, but look for the successors!
Petit Verdot - NOT Petite!
This is an exquisite red. Petit Verdot and Petit Syrah can be temperamental wines. This one turned out to be quite the wine. It appears purplish red with strong hints of black cherry. The ABV is high at 15.4%. But it is quite smooth. Works well with heavy cheese, meats and creamy sauces. Nice tone and well balanced. Not surprised that it's out of stock.
Excellent! Would buy again!!!
Dark, and inky. Dry, oak. Delicious. Not as fruity as a petite sirah. Loved the wine!!!
