The third in a series of exceptional red wine values we’ve sourced from a family-owned, boutique North Coast winery that specializes in small-lot, top-quality wines made from certified organic vineyards in Lake County and the Sierra Foothills (and boasts a massive laundry list of 90+ scores and double gold medals from the past decade to boot).
Sourced from a kick-ass volcanic vineyard site at about 1500 feet elevation, in smartly-planted, conscientiously-farmed vineyards. Farmed to perfection and produced to be reflective of place and varietal, this is a powerful statement of quality. Already a terrific value under the original label at $25, and an incredible deal under ours.
This wine has intense dark jammy fruit and spice . Great value.
Delicious and full-bodied. I decanted it as others recommended and loved it.
Mouth full of goodness
Exactly what the description says...deliciously bold, deep color, wonderful smooth finish.
Dark and rich airate or decant won’t disappoint
Dark and rich like you would expect from a petite Sirah Opened the night before and forgot about it. Drank great the next day. Could be s daily drinker expecialy during bbq season.
I am typically not a Petite Sirah drinker, but I ordered a bottle in my most recent case in efforts to try something new. I was thrilled with this bottle, and will definitely be ordering more!
I love this wine; I've ordered it more than once. It's easy drinking on its own but also pairs nice with a fine steak!
Love this wine
Go to bottle for get together with friends. Will reorder!
Good Everyday Wine
For the price point, this was a nice surprise! I love petite sirah and am always looking for something tasty and affordable. It is definitely better after it's been decanted or poured through an aerator. I will for sure be buying this one again!
Dark and spicy
Really enjoyed this dark and spicy petite sirah. Bold and rewarding. Nice compliment to dark chocolate.
I let this wine decant for 3 hours and enjoyed with a steak on the grill. Plenty of blueberry fruit on the nose, with a very earthy, peppery finish on the palate.
