Nice value white

I had never had this varietal before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is very light and a good refreshing white to enjoy cold on a hot afternoon at a great price.

Love at first pairing

At first I found this wine a bit underwhelming. A little to lite for my taste. Then I had it with some smoked salmon! Wow! Love at first pairing. It just came alive like a summer love!! This will definitely be on my summer list. I don't think I would care for it as much with heavier winter meals.

Crisp and refreshing!

This is my second round with this wine - I really enjoy it! Easy drinking, pleasant aroma, crisp and light.

Patio perfect

This varietal is hard to find where I live. Although it may not be the winner when compared with some Austrian GV's, this is definitely crossing the finish line in the leading group. Bright color, herbal nose, refreshing mineral tang on the finish. This wine begs for veggies, fish and most any summer snack you might want to pair it with. And what a value . . .

Greuner Veltliner

We always liked this dry white when we lived in Germany, and the Austrians put it in liter bottles! The Cameron Hughs selection was pretty true to the taste we remember, so we are glad to be able to get it at such a reasonable price.

We liked it

This was our first time trying this varietal. Was happy to see Cameron had sourced one. Very enjoyable, light and versatile for summertime.

Nice, different

I liked it, my wife not so much. Dry, nice back of the mouth feel, citrus.

Good mid-level GV

Not as good as some of the Austrian ones, but they've had many decades of practice. The price is right, and its a good introduction to this versatile (goes with many food types) wine.
