A nice blending of flavors
From the reviews I was expecting a much more acidic wine like a NZ Sauvignon Blanc (which I love). This was a surprise! Pale yellow in color as to be expected for this varietal. Smells like baked brie with honey, ripe peach, almost nutty. Tastes... Medium acidity, ripe peach at the front, butter in the middle and finishes off with a sightly bitter lemon flavor. It kind of reminds me of a combo of Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay. Different than what I normally drink and for the price well worth it. I’m a fan!
Weird Name, great wine
Had doubts buying this, but have added additional bottles and find it to be an ideal summer sipper at an excellent price/value point.
Always a Winner
I always enjoy this wine, it's a nice dry white at a great value!
Good Dry White
This white is always a good choice at a great value!
Fantastic quality for the price. Enjoyed with a light chicken dinner when opened and a rich salmon meal the next day. Nice companion for Hoth meals. Will likely order more!
This was a clean crisp white which went well with seafood. Tastes great chilled on a hot summer night. We will buy this again!
OK but not the best from Cam
This was somewhere between OK and good. Cam has definitely raised expectations, so maybe if I had gotten this from somewhere else, I would have had a slightly better impression. Noting wrong with it really - paired well with our shrimp and zucchini "pasta" dish, and the price is right. But not the best we've had from CH Wine. Seems like I've had a better GV in Austria, but that's probably too be expected.
This was a first time trying this varietal. We were pleased at the crispness. It was almost a cousin of our fav-Pinot Blanc. Certainly good with our Seafood dish, and for the price point we will have to go here again.
This is a delightful white which tastes like a more expensive Austrian or German wine. Fruity and bold with a nice balanced sweetness and acidity.
Nice everyday wine
This is our "go-to " wine for Tuesday night. The price is great it just goes so well with seafood......or as an apperitiff.
