Coombsville!
One of my first purchases from CH Wine, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle in my stash. This wine just gets better with age. Enjoyed on Christmas Day with Beef Tenderloin. I love Coombsville! More please!

Still Outstanding
This was a $29 list wine when it came out. We had our third to the last bottle tonight with lobster risotto. It opened, blossomed quickly, and with a few minutes of air was ready to go. OMG. This would easily be a $175 bottle of CAB now . So smooth. So aromatic. Deeply purple and aromas of rich blackberries. I could drink all remaining bottles right now. Thank you Cam fo finding these jewels for us. I can’t wait for this years crop of big Cabs to come out this Fall. Sadly, I only have storage for 36 cases at a time. I am finishing these great 2012’s and 2013’s and moving on to the 2014’s and 2015’s.

Great wine
Hitting all the right notes. This wine is continuing its development. Really tasty i opens up with oaky cedary notes and black fruits- some tobacco notes after an hour. Peak drinking over the next 2-4 years IMHO. 7/25/19

Big wine that needs more time
Sweet concentrated nose with nice fruit. Even after an hour in the glass, it was still closed. The next day, it had finally opened up to show its beauty. This wine is a licorice bomb! I have a couple more bottles and plan to open up on each year in January until they are gone.

Stunning
Found this in my wine cooler...I forgot it was there. Wow!! This is a lush mouth filling Cab that lingers. Although I'm not a fruit bomb person, this is fruity without being too cloying. I adored this juice.

This wine is coming into its own
Still lots of room to grow. The tannins are marrying with the fruit and its a serious fruit bomb. Blackberry cassis, has it all. Medium full bodied. Glad I have some still. Hang on to it...

Great mouthfeel
Honestly this is probably my favorite cab from CH. It is so approachable, and is very good by itself and great with meals. I wish there was more of this. I bought a case of the 2013, but it needs a lot more time.

Incredible wine – incredible value!
Opened a bottle of Lot 545 last week – amazing! Simply one of the best Cabs I’ve ever had, and certainly the best value. Picked up several bottles of the 2013 version - Lot 599, and cannot wait to try. Another incredible Cab!

Beautifu powerfull Fruit forward Cab, but still needs more time.
Opened first bottle beautiful ink purple Color and powerful fruit forward aroma, let decant for 1 + hours before first glass, first sip indicate a fruit bomb and spicy flavor and excellent long term potential, but still a bit rough time around the edges, after 2 hours it softened up a bit and starting to show great potential. This will develop into a beautiful wine over the next few years, but needs a minimum of two more years in the bottle before I open the next bottle.
