A big boy, but somehow not overblown. Worth the money!

This is my wine of the year!

Wow! This was one of six wines I recently tried from CH and this one was the pick of the litter for me. Similar to a local (Sierra Foothills)Syrah that we discovered a couple of years ago and had very limited availability. My friends and I have bought many cases of this one to enjoy for as long as possible. It says availability is now limited, so get some while you can.

BIG, high alcohol, my style

Liked this Syrah a lot and was surprised it was from Napa. Usually a Napa is more subtle - and more expensive. High alcohol has to be in balance and this wine nearly is.

Wow

Spectacular. Best CH wine I've had. Great value. Complex. Dense mouth feel. Long finish. No heat. I really enjoyed this wine.

Big, Bold & Spicy

This is a big red with a long finish. A little tannic at first, but fruit really came through after time in the glass. Tasty and screams for a steak.

Impressive

Deep, black, profound mouth-coating fruit without a hint of the heat you might expect from a wine with 16.5% abv. Thanks, GR.
