Smooth and soft on palate
I have let this set for months. Very smooth and soft on palate with a nice finish. It was excellent with grilled tri-tip steak marinated for 3 days in a bourbon, teriyaki and spice mix. Got better as evening progressed.

Nice, Balanced Cab
This wine is still alive and well! While not a big/brawny showstopper cab, this elegant wine still has some stuffing to it. The tannins have softened a bit over time and have integrated nicely.

Wow!!!
Wow!!! This is one great bottle. I wish I had ordered more of it. Big , bold and just great.

Very nice but needs more time
Not a lot of nose on opening or even the next day. Very concentrated fruit. Opens up a bit after 2 hours. Cherry, licorice on the nose and taste. I plan to open up another bottle next fall. you can drink it now with a long decant but I think it will be much better in a few more years. At the original price, this beauty was a steal.

Fantastic Cab
Had this last night and it was terrific. It was superb with rack of lamb. Decanted for more than an hour and wine really opened up. Just delicious. Wish I had more of this one.

Outstanding
I've sampled a few of the 2015 "500 Series" Napa Cabernets, but this is a star. After a one hour decant, Lot 525 is excellent. Elegant, integrated, with a beautiful finish. What an outstanding value once again!

Yet another awesome Cab from CH. How do they do it?

Opened a bottle Oct 2016
Aging gracefully, still a lot of vanilla on top of the dark fruit and spicy stony notes. Planning to save my last bottle until at least 2017.

Surprisingly good
An excellent Napa Cab that caught me off guard. Loads of dark fruit, earth, spice and tannic structure. Medium+ finish. Do yourself a favor and be sure to decant. This held up very well to grilled steaks and was guessed to have cost much more. Now, I have to try the '13 vintage.

Love It!
The two worst words in Cameron Hughes Wine World "Sold Out." I love this wine. Glad I bought 2 cases before it was sold out. Bought a case of the 2013's Cab's without tasting. Having tasted many Cameron Hughes wines means I know I will not be disappointed in the price vs quality trade-off. I encourage all to buy 1st and ask questions later as delay may mean you get shut out by the dreaded "Sold Out."
