White peach and citrus with slight buttery honey.
For this price it doesn't get any better
This was my favorite chardonnay of 2013—easily the best of CH's several Monterey County Arroyo Seco offerings. I wish only that there were more, but there are likely to be more wines from this area in the future as several of CH's best chardonnays have come from this area.
A Chardonnay I will drink
I have never been a fan of Chardonnay, but this one has made me a convert. I like it because there is just a slight tart taste that appeals to me. Glad I decided to take Cam's advice to try it.
wish you had more of this style wine
Love this Chardonnay
If you like buttery Chardonnay, you will love this one. Compares to LaCrema. Have bought several cases so far.
Really impressed with the overall quality of this chardonnay. This coming from a almost exclusive red wine drinker. Great job!!
This is a very rich, creamy, buttery Chardonnay with a little bit of oak. This is a wonderful Chardonnay at a very reasonable price.
While I'm usually more than satisfied with CH wines, Lot 402 was a disappointment. I detected no buttery, smooth texture at all. Just the opposite. It tastes more like an inexpensive French chardonnay.
Best '12 so far this season
This is the best 2012 California style chardonnay we have had so far. Ver rich, buttery, slightly oaky and very well balanced. Drinks better now than the '12 Rombauer Napa at twice the price.
If you want a great drinking chardonnay, this is it. Smooth buttery taste with great fruit flavors.
