Wine Details
an incredible sparkling wine with all the great character of Cava or Prosecco. The texture is lovely, with intense flavors of green apple and fig. On the mid-palate there are notes of buttery brioche and hazelnut that are all swept clean with a bright, lively finish. Made in the Charmat process using 100% Chardonnay.

Made of 100% Chardonnay, Lot 309 was created using the Charmat process. This wine comes from a vineyard cooperative we contracted with in south of France. We were able to work with the growers there to create a blend with them out of their grapes specifically for us. Our goal was to create a fruit forward Sparking wine with similar characteristics of the champagne style with crisp flavors and acidity.
