A very friendly, fruit forward Rosé with flavors of fresh strawberry & Bing cherry fruit on the palate. Not an overly yeasty sparkling, with great texture and a round mouth-feel. Finishes with clean mousse flavor and nice acidity. This is a very fruit-driven sparkling wine that will compliment anything you serve with it.

Made of 100% Pinot Noir, Lot 308 was created using the Charmat process. This wine comes from a vineyard cooperative we contracted with in south of France. We were able to work with the growers there to create a blend with them out of their grapes specifically for us. Our goal was to create a fruit forward Sparking wine with similar characteristics of the champagne style with crisp flavors and acidity.
