Solid, classic and subtle
Deep ruddy magenta, opaque from within about a half inch of the edge of the glass. Poured cool with a brief decant and swirled vigorously, shows classic, subtle and structured Napa cabernet sauvignon, with fruit, oak and depth. The primary elements on the palate are solid and bright fruit on the mid-palate, think ripe blackberry, with surrounding tannins and oak. A clean, yet lengthy, finish then follows, with clear evidence that even more time will not harm this solid offering.
Who says you don't get a second chance
I was so pleased when I received your email that this wonderful wine that sold out several years ago was suddenly available again. I don't know where it had been hiding but I promptly ordered two cases.
Another beauty from Cameron
Smooth, complex, pure Stag's Leap and a great value. Any questions?
Reward for the wait.
This was a great wine when it was released. I still have about 8 bottles in my cellar. Opened one last night. OMG! Two words, smooth, superb. Letting a great wine develop is defiantly worth the wait.
