A delicious, mouthwatering wine that is perfect for our warming weather. This is a playful wine that hails from a great coastal climate, delivering great acidity and crisp central coast fruit. This wine is my choice for poolside and with summer rapidly approaching, you'll want to grab some of this wine now.

Just the right amount of bitter
This wine was a personal favorite, despite being less of a white drinker. Melon and pepper is the perfect description of this glossy and sharp Blanc. Perfect for a spring day.

Crisp and Clean!
Now THIS is a white wine for me. Light and ephemeral, it disappeared on the palate like a ghost. But it left a conservatively sweet note on the tip of the tongue. Melon and pepper is a perfect way to describe this delightful bottle.
