Lot 252 North Coast Petite Sirah is sourced from high-end vineyards in Mendocino County and Sonoma County and made by a gentleman with over 30 years experience sourcing and making Petite Sirah up on the North Coast. The 2009 vintage served up an excess of fruit, but rather than make wine in stainless steel with oak chips destined for the bulk market, this wine was made with care and attention in French oak barrels and a small percentage of new oak.

solid PS
Got 2 cases and it's opened up some in the past month to good effect. Nose of dark fruit and a bit of asphalt. Palate is medium mouthfeel, continued plums and blueberries. Wonderful value!
