Deep crimson with a matching rim. With enticing aromas of dark chocolate, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberries, this stunning Cab shows what's best from Chalk Hill. A rich mouthfeel underpinned by chocolaty oak pairs with well-proportioned tannins. With impeccable balance and a lingering finish, this big wine is the perfect "go-to" Cab.

Nice to find an old friend.
Here it is November 2015 and I find an overlooked bottle of lot 188 in my wine cellar. I can't really remember drinking the previous 11 bottles and what they were like. So 55 degrees and let's let it decant for an hour. Wonderful and so smooth. Chalk Hill Cabs, get them and don't be afraid to let them hang around for a while. Thank you again Cam!
