A blend of several estate-owned vineyards, planted to original rootstock, near the village of La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, due west of premier cru ‘Fourchaume.’ Soils are chalky and stony, textbook Chablis terroir.
AGE OF VINES:
Hand-harvested. Pressed full cluster and fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged also in tank (no barrel aging). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
