Medium-bodied with gorgeous purity of fruit and the kind of refreshing acidity framed by featherweight tannins that simply beckons another sip. Let this open in your glass (if you have the patience!), and it will begin to reveal blueberry, chocolate, garrigue, crème de cassis, and baking spices through a long, velvety finish.

This blockbuster Cabernet is sourced from some of the most elite and storied vineyards in all of Napa Valley —sites that regularly turn out $150+ bottles that achieve ludicrously high critic scores, and are coveted by eager wine aficionados worldwide.
But the intense attention to detail doesn’t stop there. This Cabernet follows the formula for a show-stopping Napa Valley “cult” Cab—multiple picks, hand-sorting, and only a select portion of the best young wine is pulled off and blended separately for this Club Selection. As for the 2018 vintage, while Decanter says it exists “in an echelon with the finest of the past two decades,” we’d argue that 2018 ranks in the top 5 vintages of the last 50 years.
