Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept payment through the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We are unable to accept checks or money orders for online purchases.
Multiple Charges
At the time you place your order, our system will authorize your credit card to verify available funds. You may see one or more "pending" charges on your online statement within 24-48 hours after you've placed your order.
Once your order has shipped, our system performs the final and actual charge. At this time the pending authorizations will drop from your account.

Credit Card Updates
To update your billing information as well as add, remove, or update your credit card number, please visit Your Account (click the 'My Account/Reorder' link in the Shopping Cart area of our Online Store).
After logging in, scroll down to the "Saved Credit Cards" area to add, remove or update your cards.
Taxes
We are obligated to collect state alcohol taxes under the following circumstances:
- When shipping to states where we have direct shipment certificates.
- In states where we have a warehouse from which we make in-state shipments.
- In states where excise taxes are required.
If your order includes tax, the delivery state falls under at least one of these.
Discounts and Coupons
Online web coupons are valid for one redemption. Limit one coupon per customer. COUPONS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER DISCOUNT/COUPON. Returns and exchanges are subject to discounts taken at the time of redemption. Not valid toward the purchase of gift cards or toward previously purchased merchandise. Coupons may not be purchased, traded, or sold, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or corrupted. To use coupons online, enter the web code in coupon section of shopping cart. Discounts will be applied before taxes and shipping fees. Internet distribution strictly prohibited. Use of coupons or promotion codes is acceptance of their terms. Offers may be cancelled or modified at any time. Void where prohibited.
Please ensure you have read the restrictions related to the applicable coupon or discount. Many coupons have expiration dates. Please also double check the coupon code when entering it into the store.
Discounted wines, Samplers and Last Call wines are ineligible for additional discounts.
