This is a full throated cab, make no mistake it's fullness grabs you the moment you taste it. I found that if you decant it for about 20 minutes, the mint somewhat dissipates--still there, but minimal. This is an outrageous bargain at the price, & if you can get it on sale, so much the better. For Cab lovers, this is a steal.

I have to disagree with the two 'negative' reviews here. There is something about Chilean Cabernet that is fascinating, and this wine has it in spades. If you don't like the style you might not like this, but if you do its an outrageous value. Onto my 2nd case. Minty, powerful, generous, with great oak treatment (but not over-the-top). For the price this is a steal!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I was very disappointed in this wine, which has been on the site for quite a while. The overwhelming smell and taste of mint ruins the experience. This is the first Chilian wine I have tasted that is this bad. I tried every decanting method, but the mint just wouldn't decrease. I cannot recommend this wine.

This wine rocks
I thought Chile was some random country! The wine is awesome. Totally recommend. Aromas of petrol and black earth. I want to visit Santiago!
