After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to the Order Status status page for that order. Please visit this link for the most updated status.
When your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking number for your order. Please use FedEx.com for delivery status. Please also see Shipping Information for important details regarding delivery.

Your online store account contains a list of your entire order history. To access, please visit Your Account (click the 'My Account/Reorder' link in the Shopping Cart area of our Online Store).
You can click on an Order Number for a complete order status.
After receipt of your Shipping Confirmation Email the FedEx tracking page may state "Shipping Information Received" (or something similar) but no verification of package pickup. This is normal as we package your shipment, prior to FedEx picking it up at our warehouse.
On rare occasion we may be unable to ship your package the same day we print the label. If this message persists for over 24 hours, please Contact Us.
